Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
– Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Maintain customer accounts and update information as needed
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Provide support to the sales team as needed

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Experience working in a call center is a plus
