Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
– Provide information about products and services offered by the company
– Process orders and returns
– Investigate and resolve customer issues or complaints
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Experience with CRM software is a plus
