The goal of this role is to foster cohesion, efficiency, and excellence within our Service divisions, ensuring that they support the Service teams in delivering top-notch service across North America. This involves establishing consistency with Human Resources & Service processes and procedures, collaborating closely with local Service Managers and recruitment teams, and working hand in hand with the Service Training Specialist to develop comprehensive training plans for new hires to ensure an onboarding that is as smooth as possible. Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers, resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
