• Attend jobsite walkthoughs and pre-bid meetings
• Provide detailed take-offs
• Review data to determine material and labor requirements
• Consult with clients and vendors to discuss estimates and resolve issues
• Compare estimated cost to actual coast and determine reason for discrepancies
• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for HVAC projects
• Manage Assistant Estimator

• Minimum of 2 years of Commercial HVAC Estimating experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• 2+ years of MEP Design Engineer experience
• Proficiency in Business software, quoting software (Quotesoft or Trimble) and Microsoft Excel, Word &Power Point
• Excellent communication skills
