– Knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems

– Collaborate with project managers and team members to identify cost-saving opportunities
– Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements
– Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to obtain pricing and availability information
– Prepare and submit bid proposals with detailed cost breakdowns and project timelinesPosition Skills:
– 2-5 years of experience in HVAC estimating preferred
– Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word and Excel
– Proven ability to work efficiently with clients and co-workers in a professional setting
