- Experience Industrial Painter for day shift 7:30 – 5:00 4 on 2 off rotation with overtime availability. Afternoon shift 4:30 – 1-2 am Monday to Friday week 1 and Monday to Saturday week 2.
- Looking to have at least 1 year of experience with airless paint machines.
- Crane & forklift experience would be wonderful but will train.
The job is for an experienced Industrial Painter for day and afternoon shifts with overtime availability. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience with airless paint machines, and crane and forklift experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Job Description:
– Responsible for generating, managing, and maintaining client accounts within an assigned territory.
– Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
– Utilize sales techniques to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
– Collaborate with internal teams to provide superior customer service and address client needs.
– Regularly update client information and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
– Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
– Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand client base and build professional relationships.
– Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market trends, and competitive information.
