Schedule: Monday to Friday 3:45 pm to 3:15 am (evening/nights)

– Read paint specifications and requirements
– Determine appropriate mixing requirements
– Ensure proper procedures for application and coating are followed to ensure paint meets expectations
– Quality inspect bodywork and ensure it meets standards for the pre and post-paint process
– Assist/Prepare/Stage jobs for paint
– Ensure job tasks are completed on time
– Clean and bleed paint lines and nozzles and other equipment after each paint
– Track and maintain stock and report low quantities on productsQualifications
– 3-5 years of proven experience
– Experience using wet paint pressure pot application methods
– Experience with quality check processes and mil thickness reporting
– Experience with mixing paints to match customer requirements
– Excellent work ethic and workmanship pride
– Strong attention to detail
