Over the past 20 years, Mafna has provided solutions to a number of industries and Government Agencies including Fortune 500 Companies.Join the dynamic team of one of the leading Custom Built Central Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturers.As part of our growing team, we are seeking a permanent full-time Industrial Spray Painter to paint casings/enclosures/housings of Air Conditioning equipment.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Painting of industrial equipment and structural steel using industrial spray paint, pressure pot, and air assist airless pumps.
- Must be able to determine and make appropriate adjustments for temperature, humidity, due point, and surface temperature.
- Material paint preparation.
- Material shipping preparation.
- Cleaning tapped holes.
- Pressure washing assemblies.
- And other duties that would include before or aftercare of weldments.
- Job includes prep, cleaning, masking, and other production work as required.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Completion of High School/High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have 2+ years of industrial painting experience. The selected candidate will need to have extensive experience spray painting with great attention to detail.
- Must be able to mix your own paint.
- Must be able to work overtime when needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A certified Forklift/Crane Operator would be an asset.
- Practice safe work procedures and follow all health & safety regulations.
