Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Markham, ON
Salary: $17.61 – $22.50 per hour
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Markham, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering incoming phone calls, responding to emails, and processing orders.
Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner
– Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
– Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate information is recorded
– Maintaining customer databases and updating information as needed
– Collaborating with other team members to provide seamless customer service
– Providing support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
– High School Diploma or equivalent
