- Complete take-offs/estimate or assigned projects
- Follow up on multi-scope or single-scope projects
- Attend pre-bid & post-bid meetings
- Complete work orders & prepare material order sheets

“Accounts Receivable Specialist
Our company is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
– Process and track customer payments
– Prepare and send out invoices
– Reconcile accounts receivable
– Resolve billing discrepancies
– Generate financial reports
– Assist with month-end closing procedures
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
– Excellent organizational skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
