  • Complete the entire bid from the concept to completion of the tender
  • Identify the true cost of items (labour, material and equipment etc.) at every stage of the process
  • Determine along the way if the cost of the items are feasible to the owner
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with sub-contractors, architects and consultants
  • Suggest and explore creative value engineering opportunities
  • See beyond the plans and specifications
  • Coach and mentor junior team members

We are looking for an Estimator with past experience working for a general contractor who currently have:5 years experience estimating multi-million dollar Water/Waste Water projects in the value of $5-25M * Process Mechanical experience preferredA University Degree/Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experienceBenefits (Full-Time Salary):

Title: Administration Assistant

Location: Lambeth, London, UK

Salary: £22000 – £23500 per annum

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized Administration Assistant to join our team in Lambeth, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the office, including managing phone calls and correspondence, maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems, and handling inquiries from clients and staff.

Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
