Reporting to the Maintenance Manager/Territory Service Manager, the Maintenance Technician will maintain store operations. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance primarily on Frozen Beverage Equipment, repairing Convenience Store equipment and general maintenance work in stores.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities(Primary daily function) Perform Preventative Maintenance on Frozen Beverage units.Maintains equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning, and performing preventative maintenance.Maintains facilities by performing light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, cleaning, lighting work.Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.Ensures preventative repairs are performed cost effectively by examining records, reports operating practices and other documentation.Participate in training classes for existing and new equipment.Ensures maintenance operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operation policies and procedures.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reading professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.Maintains safe and healthy work environment by abiding to safety policies and procedures; ensuring compliance with federal, state and local requirements.Profile RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred.3-5 years’ experience in the maintenance field.1-2 years’ experience in C-store Preventative Maintenance, food service repairs, plumbing or HVAC/refrigeration preferred.Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and be insurable as a driver.Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities and ability to work independently.Highly organized and work well under pressure/deadlines with the ability to multi-task.Physical DemandsAbility to crouch, crawl, push, pull, bend, stoop and/or reach.Ability to carry, erect and climb ladders.Ability to lift as much as 80 pounds.Couche-Tard/Circle K values diversity and inclusion and aims to create a safe, accessible and rewarding workplace that showcases the unique contribution of our employees to the success of our business.
