If you’re ready to make an impact and be part of a dedicated team, this is the opportunity for you.ABOUT THE POSITIONIn this role, you will be working 8:30 – 5 pm, Monday to Friday performing maintenance on seven of our client’s sites. You will be stationed in a modern urban living in Downtown Vancouver. With its sleek architecture and stylish interiors, this apartment building offers a range of thoughtfully designed floor plans, from cozy studios to spacious two-bedroom units. Enjoy amenities like a rooftop terrace with city views and a fully equipped fitness center. With its prime location and pet-friendly atmosphere, this building redefines city living in Vancouver.Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Execute repairs based on work orders and under the direction of the Resident Services Manager.
  • Swiftly address resident maintenance requests, spanning electrical, plumbing, hardware, drywall, and general repairs.
  • Conduct regular building and equipment inspections, reporting findings and attending to minor problems.
  • Assist in maintaining exterior building grounds, participate in unit preparation, and supervise contractor work.
  • Monitor and manage building systems, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance within a multi-tenant residential building.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Physical capability to perform maintenance tasks and lift moderate weights.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, along with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and smartphone operations.

COMPENSATION

  • $55,000 – 70,000 per annum
  • Full benefits including LTD and STD
  • $1000 fitness reimbursement
  • $1000 transit reimbursement
  • 3 weeks vacation
  • 6 personal days

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and assisting with office operations.
