Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors
• Review mechanical drawings for incoming quote requests
• Prepare bid and tender closings in a timely manner
• Prepare take-offs/Scope of work summaries
• Generate detailed cost estimates encompassing labour, materials, equipment, general expenses, escalations, subcontractors including other direct and indirect costs
• Work with clients and prepare scope of work quotations/ negotiations

Preferred skills and experience required:

• Minimum 5 years ICI HVAC estimating experience
• Efficient with Digitizer or On-Screen Estimating Software.
• Complete trade knowledge and competency
• Strong communication skills, Ability to negotiate effectively
• Great customer service and a team attitude
• Strong organizational skills, flexibility and ability to prioritize work assignments.
• Valid G license and reliable transportation.

Hours on Work: Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm.Salary Range: $70 000.00 to $110 000.00 a year, depending on experience and ability.#ACR
