Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Sales Assistant to join our team. This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, assisting with sales inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Previous experience in a sales environment is preferred but not required.
Key responsibilities:
– Building and maintaining relationships with customers
– Assisting with sales inquiries and providing product information
– Processing orders accurately and efficiently
– Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management
– Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner
Qualifications:
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent attention to detail
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Previous experience in a sales role is preferred
