Job description: Since 2007, we have provided expert water damage and mold remediation and home remodeling services to our customers. Our company is in search of a self-directed and experienced Mitigation Manager to manage our day-to-day mitigation production and team supervision.Benefits:

Job Duties:
- Visit job sites, verifying the job scope and safety standards, meeting with adjusters and customers.
- Coordinate with the front office to prepare the calendar, ensuring the correct technicians, subcontractors, materials, monies, and paperwork are prepared for future appointments. Ensure that the correct timeline is scheduled and adhered to with correct dates input into the calendar.
- Manage technician and production schedule, minimizing inefficiencies and leakage.
- Support Mitigation team by responding to losses, when required.
- Assist the Sales team with pending sales, when technical support is required.
- Update insurance carrier and TPA documentation daily.
- Oversee subcontractor compliance, invoicing, scheduling, recruiting, bidding, and quality control.
- Facilitate and coordinate job budgets, product orders, and delivery.
- Complete material and equipment inventory twice a month and ensure team is updating equipment inventory daily.
- Ensure that facilities and vehicles are maintained in clean and working order. Manage maintenance schedule.
- Identify and request job scopes for estimates and shall provide approval, suggestions, and corrections for estimates.
- Conduct daily reviews and audits of files to maintain job flow, ensuring all protocols are followed.
- Supervise, train, and hire all mitigation and remediation technicians, ensuring all training materials are up to date with all industry standards. Conduct team meetings and huddles.
- Schedule and participate in the on-call rotation, when necessary. Provide support to coordinate efforts of the technicians.
- Maintain current and active certifications in Water and Mold per IICRC and the State of Florida.
- Coordinate with Accounting team to ensure required insurance documentation is submitted. Coordinate with Estimator to ensure required estimate and any changes are submitted. Coordinate with Reconstruction team when project is transitioning to reconstruction phase.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Expert water mitigation and mold remediation knowledge is required.
- 3+ years management experience is a plus.
- IICRC WRT certification is required. Additional certifications are a plus.
- Basic Construction/Restoration knowledge a plus.
- Xactimate estimating knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent customer service during customer interactions.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management/organization skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must demonstrate professionalism and function independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace.
- High school diploma.
- Clean criminal background (no felony convictions).
