Contracting Nanaimo is currently looking to hire hardworking and motivated individuals to join their summer painting crews. The job starts at the end of April and is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors and want to learn a new trade. While painting experience is beneficial, it is not required as training will be provided. The location of the job is in Nanaimo with a wage of $21-30 per hour for 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday. The requirements include a strong work ethic, customer service skills, enjoyment of outdoor work, ability to work independently or as part of a team, dependability, honesty, and a valid driver’s license. Job Description:

– Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets
– Implement and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
– Build and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects
– Develop and present sales proposals to potential clients
– Meet with clients to identify their needs and provide solutions
– Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth
– Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members to support their professional development
– Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
– Attend relevant trade shows, conferences, and events to promote the company’s products and services

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or business development
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
– Knowledge of the industry and market trends
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Willingness to travel as required

Expected salary: $21 – 30 per hour
