• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.

Experience:

Job Description:

Construction Supervisor

Our company is seeking a reliable Construction Supervisor to oversee our construction projects from beginning to end. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising all construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure that all project requirements are met.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise all construction activities on site
– Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time
– Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure project requirements are met
– Maintain a safe working environment for all employees and contractors
– Monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
– Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of workmanship
– Manage subcontractors and suppliers
– Prepare and submit progress reports to management

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role
– Strong knowledge of construction processes, practices, and techniques
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
– Valid driver’s license
