Job description: WOW 1 DAY PAINTING is growing our Vancouver Team!We’re looking for friendly & reliable painters or people with interior decorating experience that are interested in developing their skills and finding their home in the painting world. We have great crews that start and finish on time. We do both interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial customers. We are a professional painting business delivering a top-notch service and our team takes a lot of pride in our work. And, we have fun doing it.What you’ll get:

Customer Service Representative
Our company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Responsibilities:
– Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
– Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
– Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
– Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs
– Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
