This season alone, our team will be responsible for painting 50+ homes, which will result in happy clients and crew members.Positions:
- Painter: This fun and challenging position is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on work experience and make money over the summer. The ideal individual is hardworking, coachable, and has effective communication skills.
- Crew Manager: In addition to painting, in this role you would gain experience in leadership and would run a crew of 2-3 people. Ask to be considered for this if you feel you may be a good fit.
About the position:

- We are currently hiring Painters and Crew Managers for the summer of 2019. Both positions are full-time hourly summer jobs and can lead to future promotion opportunities within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude on the job site and communicate everything with your supervisor.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve personal and project goals and meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, professionally addressing any questions or concerns.
- Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate protective equipment when necessary to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- *Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing as needed.
- *Execute painting projects efficiently and with attention to detail, ensuring a professional finish.
Requirements:
- *While experience is preferred, we welcome anyone with a strong work ethic, a positive mindset, and a willingness to learn.
- Demonstrates punctuality and reliability in meeting project deadlines.
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting; working long hours outside; and climbing ladders.
- Consistently delivers high-quality work with attention to detail.
- Works effectively in a team environment, contributing to a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
- Able to work full-time throughout the majority of the summer
- Has a reliable form of transportation (job site locations change frequently)
