Job description: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Preconstruction Manager.   • Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to understand project scope and requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
  • Analyze project drawings and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
  • Utilize estimating software and tools to streamline the estimating process and improve accuracy.
  • Prepare and present detailed cost estimates to clients, architects, and project stakeholders.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and negotiations as required.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, construction materials, and labor costs to ensure competitiveness in bidding.
  • Assist in the development of project budgets and schedules.
  • Support project teams during the procurement and bidding process.

Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
  • Proficiency in construction estimating software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
  • Experience with value engineering and cost-saving strategies preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certification such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or similar is a plus.

Job Description

Primary Duties:

– Implement best practices in marketing automation to drive lead generation and customer engagement
– Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including design, content creation, and campaign performance analysis
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing strategies
– Analyze and report on campaign performance to optimize future campaigns
– Stay current on industry trends and best practices in email marketing and marketing automation
– Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives
– Create and maintain marketing automation workflows to deliver effective results
– Supporting marketing team in other duties as required

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation
– Strong knowledge of major marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot)
– Experience with HTML/CSS and email design best practices
– Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
– Strong project management skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Expected salary: $165000 per year
