  • Ensuring compliance with our high quality standards
  • Apply and enforce occupational health and safety rules
  • Good command of the Microsoft suite
  • Perform job analysis of completed orders
  • Ensure quality of raw materials from suppliers
  • Ensure the smooth order flow on production lines
  • Review and submit production reports
  • Inform managers of production trends
  • Report any non-compliant situations and discuss the actions to be taken
  • Ensuring sound management of discipline and labour relations
  • Provide technical support when required
  • Collaborate with production supervisors and maintenance departments

Is this job for you ?

  • 3-5 years of experience in personnel management
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Individual Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. This includes assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and social/recreational activities.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide personalized care and support to individuals based on their individual needs and preferences
– Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
– Support individuals in participating in social and recreational activities both inside and outside of the residence
– Promote independence and self-determination among the individuals being supported
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided and any changes in individual needs or behaviors
– Communicate effectively with team members, individuals, and their families to ensure the highest quality of care

Qualifications:
– Diploma or certificate in a relevant field (e.g. Developmental Services Worker, Social Service Worker, or equivalent)
– Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
– Flexible and adaptable to changing situations and individual needs
– Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is an asset
