Our BC Buildings Project Coordinators report directly to a Project Manager and assist with scheduling, reporting, and quality control functions on a wide variety of Buildings construction projects.As a Project Coordinator at Graham, you will:
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly labor, equipment, material and subtrade costs. Monitor cost accruals and review with the Project Manager on a regular basis.
- Monitor and update schedules.
- Assist with the drawings, drawing records, revisions, site instructions and change order.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation, maintain records of all testing and inspections.
- Obtain and provide written documentation for all clarifications and instructions.
- Ensure that all technical aspects of the work conform to all applicable codes and standards.
- Assist and monitor payroll functions to ensure proper coding and cost allocation.
- Assist with preparing progress invoicing and progress status reports.
- Assist with the completion of estimates, estimate reviews and costing.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Formal education in Construction Management or a related field.
- 2 – 6 years construction experience.
- Experience working at a General Contractor, including construction management knowledge of Buildings projects.
- Superior communication, problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate in MS Suite, including MS Project.
- Experience with InEight is a strong asset.

- Salary: $68,000 – 102,300 per annum
- Salary will commensurate with experience
