  • Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Schedule and coordinate all activities related to roofing projects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Prepare and distribute project reports, status updates, and other relevant documentation.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring alignment with the approved financial plan.
  • Identify and address budget variations, seeking approval for changes as necessary.
  • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure roofing projects meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues related to workmanship or materials.
  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • Work with project managers to address unforeseen issues promptly.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project team members and stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during the project.
  • Ensure all work on the roofing project complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, taking corrective actions to keep the project on schedule.
  • Communicate any delays or changes to relevant parties.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and updates.
  • Address client concerns and ensure overall satisfaction with the project.
  • Support project managers and field teams by providing necessary resources, information, and assistance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, and at least 4 years of project work experience.
  • Proven experience in project management or coordination, preferably in construction or related industries.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software Microsoft Office Suite, and Sage
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
