  • Lead project management and detailed engineering design for subdivision, land development, municipal, site servicing, and stormwater management projects.
  • Prepare contract documents for tendering and execution.
  • Manage projects and administer contracts.
  • Develop construction cost estimates.
  • Collaborate closely with the Provincial municipal engineering manager in areas such as business development and strategic planning.
  • Mentor and develop junior employees.
  • Utilize working knowledge of MMCD.

The successful candidate has:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
  • Registration with EGBC as a P.Eng.
  • Experience in designing various land development infrastructures, including water supply systems, sewage systems, roads, stormwater management, and site servicing.
