The Manager of Construction & Capital Planning is responsible for leading, planning, and executing projects from initial planning through construction. They oversee the coordination of project activities with multiple parties to ensure successful project completion.
Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $18-$20 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails
– Manage and resolve customer complaints
– Provide product and service information to customers
– Identify and escalate priority issues
– Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
– Follow up customer calls where necessary
– Complete call logs and reports as required
– Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Customer service experience
– Strong phone and verbal communication skills
– Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– Bilingual in English and French is an asset
