Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen and be able to analyze and interpret complex financial data. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, budget variance analysis, and conducting financial audits.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
– Conduct budget variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
– Assist with financial audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
– Collaborate with the finance team to develop financial forecasts and annual budgets
– Review and reconcile general ledger accounts
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
– CPA designation is preferred
– 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
