Aplin is assisting a client in Oakville, ON with hiring a Project Manager with experience in design, construction, contract administration, and project management for water commissioning projects.
Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management and a strong understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities:
– Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
– Create and maintain strong relationships with key clients
– Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
– Provide training and guidance to sales representatives to help them improve their performance
– Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management

Qualifications:
