Job description: In Abitibi in the city of Rouyn our customer is looking for a Project Manager/Estimator to join their team due to a great growth.The Project Manager/Estimator will be in charge of: * Supervising all phases of construction projects, from design to delivery.

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Monitor work progress and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage the project budget and ensure spending is within established limits.

Profile

  • Graduate degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field;
  • Significant experience in construction project management;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions;
  • Fluency in French and English, both oral and written.
