Job description: Our client is looking for a Project Manager with 5-10 years experience in the ICI construction sector. This Project Manager should have experience working on interior renovation projects, specifically for Universities & Government projects across Burlington, Hamilton, Niagara, Brantford, and the GTA.

• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Ensure projects stay on track and are completed within deadlines
• Ensuring project coordination ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently
• Utilize your Project Management experience to take charge of all project construction aspects, including coordination and on-site supervision
• Collaborate closely with Superintendents and coordinate all construction activities effectively
• Ensure clear communication and progress tracking
• Maintain effective communication with project consultants, owners, and stakeholders to foster positive working relationships

• 5-10 years experience as a project manager, with a strong preference to candidates with ICI construction and interior renovation experience
