This include apartments, mixed-use, dormitories, hotels, commercial offices, hospitals and many more.Qualifications for Quality Control TechnicianDiploma or University Degree ( Related to Quality Control/Mechanical Degree)Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English.Familiarity with controls required for calibration of measuring and test equipment.Skills in working with Vernier calipers, micrometers.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Able to work effectively within a team-based environment.Strong ability to work independently to complete assignments promptly while maintaining the high standards required in our industry.Ability to solve routine technical problems using a variety of systematic approaches.Familiarity with Auto CAD is an advantage.Having a forklift license is an advantage.Ability to work in shifts.Having work experience in sheet metal and galvanized profile production is an asset.1-2 years working in quality control.Required full time availability.Job Responsibilities includes:

  • Inspect raw materials for production and good production and packing and shipping.

· Perform Calibration and Maintain Records of all Measuring and Testing Equipment.· Coordinate QC Procedures· Control Production with standard Drawings· Create Monthly QC Summary Reports.· Coordinate QC Procedures· Ability to perform basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).· Control of verify dimensions of parts using hand precision measuring instruments like vernier callipers, micrometer, depth gauges, height gauges, chamfer gauges, radius gauges, thread gauges and elcometer.· In-process quality inspection of products and production line during manufacturing as per current Standard Operating Procedures· Quality control in keeping the product in the warehouse.

  • Quality control records maintenance.
  • Cleaning planning.
  • Complete reports and coordinate with Production and shipping and Quality Assurance.
  • Maintain QC documentation and Batch Production Records
  • Perform other duties as assigned

· All other duties as assigned.Able to read blueprints.Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concernsResponsible for continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5s kaizen and lean methods.· Identify quality problems and work on a systematic approach to solve those problem to minimize the number of defects and reduce customer complaints.· Determine failure and take corrective and preventive actions to customer complaints.· Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures.What We OfferOur success is built on the drive and dedication of our people.
