The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Xact Analysis and Xactimate, and hold certification with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC). In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will also be responsible for providing accurate estimates and working closely with our team to achieve project goals.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates using Xactimate and Xact Analysis.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct site assessments and inspections to evaluate project requirements and conditions.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to address any issues or changes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety requirements.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and performance.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in project management and estimating within [industry/sector].
• Proficient in using Xact Analysis and Xactimate software.
• IICRC certification is required.
• G Class Drivers License and own Vehicle
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
