- Inspect roofs for damage and leaks
- Repair or replace broken or missing shingles
- Install new roofing materials
- Apply waterproofing materials such as asphalt or tar
- Perform maintenance on existing roofs
- Work with a team to complete projects efficiently
Skills:
- Proficiency in blueprint reading for roof layouts
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
- Capability for heavy lifting when handling roofing materials
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing roofs
- Experience as a maintenance person or carpenter is beneficial
- Strong ability to build and repair roofs efficiently
