Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $18 – $20 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Description:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
– Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping details, and returns

– Process orders and payments accurately
– Maintain customer records and database information

Qualifications:
