Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. You will also handle and resolve customer complaints, process orders, and provide information about company policies. In addition, you will maintain customer accounts by updating account information, documenting customer interactions, and generating reports.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Provide product and service information to customers
– Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
– Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
– Update customer account information and maintain customer records
– Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
– Generate reports on customer interactions and sales activities
Qualifications:
