  • Conduct sales activities and build relationships with customers including promoting and recommending products, plans, or installation services that match customer needs
  • Inform customers on pricing, options, or status on pending orders
  • Keep shelves stocked and correctly displayed
  • Coordinate successful completion of projects and orders, including performing order management duties such as entering new orders for customers, reaching out to vendors on special orders, tracking and fulfilling orders, and resolving issues
  • Provide excellent customer service through the daily execution of RONA customer service programs, following up on completed orders to ensure customer satisfaction, and assisting customers as needed in locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
  • Train associates
  • Operate store equipment
  • Support other departments as needed
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment by complying with company policies and procedures for merchandising, housekeeping, safety, and monitoring for potential theft or security risks
  • Complete all other duties as assigned

The qualifications we are looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience of entering and submitting customer sales orders, including special orders
  • At least 2 years of experience identifying and selling products based on customer needs or plans
  • At least 2 years of experience following up on outstanding or incomplete customer orders, sales, or installs and 1 year of experience promoting product-related services and plans such as installation, delivery, credit financing, or extended protection plans
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics
  • At least 1 year of experience in a trade directly related to flooring or selling flooring
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds daily without assistance

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Salary: $45,000 – $52,000 per year

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
– Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed by healthcare providers
– Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the healthcare team
– Assist with patient assessments and document patient information accurately and timely
– Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
– Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
– Maintain a clean and safe patient environment

Qualifications:
– Valid LPN license in the state of New York
– Current CPR certification
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
