Job description: Job Overview:Sales Specialists provide exceptional customer service support and drive sales. Sales Specialists assess customer needs, and guide customer decisions in order to close a sale. Specific store departments may include Décor (Blinds and Wallpaper), Flooring, Kitchen & Bath, Millwork
(Doors and Windows) and Appliances.Tasks & Responsibilities:Achieving individual sales targets to support overall department goals by facing challenges with an open mind and creating innovative solutions

• Proactively identify customers who need help or have a problem, by asking open ended questions
• Explaining the steps and products needed to complete projects and describing features and benefits of merchandise
• Assisting customers with product knowledge in adjacent departments, special orders and installation services

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of experience working in a sales driven environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Excellent reading, communication, math and customer service skills
• Excellent decision making ability and problem solving skills
• Proficiency with computers
• Detail oriented

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven candidate to join our team as a Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
– Promote products and services to new and existing customers
– Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management
– Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
– Gather market and customer information to provide feedback on company’s products and services
– Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Previous sales experience is an asset
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
