Job Description
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Victoria, BC
Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 per year
We are looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Victoria, BC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including handling phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
– Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
– Manage and maintain files, records, and correspondence
– Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
– Prepare and distribute documents and reports
– Order and maintain office supplies
– Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
– Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong attention to detail
