We are working with a North York general contractor and construction manager to find an intermediate-level Estimator to join their team. You will be working with the estimating team to prepare accurate and competitive tenders for commercial interior renovations and new buildings from scratch up to $20M cost and residential.Experience:
- Minimum 7-10 years’ experience in estimation in Canada / North America market.
- Thoroughly review tender documents to ensure an understanding of the project scope.
- Effective communication with contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- Comprehensive analysis of quotations for accurate estimating.
- Skilled in analyzing and notifying commercial risks & preparing estimation spreadsheets.
- Overseeing diversified ICI building project estimates.
- Bidding capability and securing tenders up to $10M in scope.
Education:
- Preferred to have an engineering background.
Computer Experience:
- 360 Office Microsoft experience.
- Preferred to have Bluebeam / Planswift experience.
Skills:
- Team player.
- Organizational & Attention to detail.
