- Complete the entire bid from the concept to completion of the tender
- Identify the true cost of items (labour, material and equipment etc.) at every stage of the process
- Determine along the way if the cost of the items are feasible to the owner
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with sub-contractors, architects and consultants
- Suggest and explore creative value engineering opportunities
- See beyond the plans and specifications
- Coach and mentor junior team members
We are looking for an Estimator with past experience working for a general contractor who currently have:8+ years experience estimating multi-million dollar projects in the value of $5-25M * Process Mechanical experience preferredA University Degree/Technology Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experienceBenefits (Full-Time Salary):

Position: Operations Manager
Location: Toronto, Canada
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 per year
Our company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to join our team in Toronto. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and productivity
