  • Develop and manage construction budgets for mid-rise and high-rise residential projects,
  • Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate estimates,
  • Engage in effective oral and written communications with contractors regarding estimates,
  • Coordinate pricing from suppliers and subcontractors, incorporating it into estimates,
  • Oversee the appropriate distribution of documentation upon project award,
  • Maintain project files and correspondence, ensuring organized documentation,
  • Assist with RFP and General Contract tender submissions,
  • Collaborate with Development, Implementation, and Construction teams to ensure project success,
  • Foster positive relationships with Project Managers, Consultants, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience,
  • Previous experience in high-rise construction is an asset,
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding construction drawings and specifications,
  • Site experience,
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team,
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills,
  • Highly organized with a drive for continuous improvement,
  • Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
