**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager/Director in high-rise construction.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing projects in the Toronto and GTA areas.
