Job Description:

Our client is seeking a motivated and talented Business Development Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
– Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services
– Prepare and present proposals to clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals
– Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
