• Share your expertise of home repair and remodelling on job sites
• Bid work on a regular basis and produce it effortlessly.
• Finalize appropriate job materials and quantities for all projects
• Evaluate requests, price out all jobs, troubleshoot and effectively communciate with clients

Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $23 – $25 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client, a leading retail company, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Toronto, ON. The Assistant Store Manager will assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and store maintenance
– Supervise and train retail staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
– Ensure store cleanliness and organization at all times
– Assist in the implementation and execution of sales and promotional initiatives
– Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement
– Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

– 2+ years of retail management experience
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
