The shift is 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday with the possibility of overtime. The pay range is $24.65 – $27.27/hour depending on experience.The successful applicant will inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and compliance with drawings, and stencil as required. The ability to read fabrication blueprints including weld symbols, perform quality audit checks, and complete reporting accurately is a requirement. The position will assist paint line department with other functions as time permits. Must be able to work safely, independently, and able to handle multiple priorities. Good communication skills are required. Experience with cranes and forklift trucks is an asset but will train suitable candidates.Responsibilities & Duties * Quality painting of products and equipment in accordance to Corp. Guidelines.

  • Apply Form-GARD to face sheet side of forms in accordance with/Corp. Policies.
  • Maintain pressures and temperatures on the paint system.
  • Thin paints as needed.
  • Check paint viscosity.
  • Change 55 gallon paint drums as needed.
  • Run towveyor in a safe efficient manner.
  • Record labor on work order and time accurately.
  • Complete quality audit process in accordance with EFCO guidelines.
  • Operate material handling equipment.
  • Clean and maintain work area daily.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance of all painting related equipment.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervision.
  • Operate and maintain spray paint guns.
  • Log levels & track usage
  • Adhere to all company safety and environmental policies, procedures, preferred work methods, and actively participate in safety training and initiatives
