Painter Position Description: This position is a really challenging, but rewarding way to spend your summer. Although it will test your physical ability and problem solving skills, it offers you the ability to gain a new skill and earn money based on the effort that you put in. The ideal individual for this position is someone who is dedicated to self-improvement, coachable, and possess’ exceptional time-management skills. Some of your daily activities will have you working from ladders and at heights as well as for long hours in the warm summer weather, so endurance and physical fitness are both assets.Daily Tasks:

• Following the Student Works Painting Systems.
• Ensuring your safety, as well as your crewmates safety on all job sites.
• Showing up on time and in your company provided uniform.
• Paint related tasks: Prepping, brushing, rolling, and spraying interiors and exteriors.
• Setup and clean up of job sites.
• Monitoring and maintaining your company provided crew kit.
• Driving to and from various job sites.
• Providing excellent customer service for clients through daily progress reports and tasks like the final project walk around to ensure customer satisfaction.
