Job Description:

Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Goldsboro, NC

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Our client in Goldsboro is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work in their busy office setting. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, great communication skills and be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the office
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Greet visitors and clients
– Manage and organize office files and documents
– Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
– Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail
– Perform general office duties as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize and multi-task
– Previous administrative experience preferred
