Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise a team of warehouse employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
– Ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently
– Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and organization
– Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of products
– Enforce safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
– Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 3+ years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
– Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
– Knowledge of OSHA regulations
