Role Summary
Our client is a market-leading business with operations across the UK. They are seeking a Recruitment Partner to join their HR team, working from their modern offices in Manchester City Centre.
Key Responsibilities
– Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
– Using job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract top talent
– Conducting interviews and assessment days to identify the best candidates for roles
– Working closely with the wider HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new starters
– Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activity to senior stakeholders
– Supporting with employer brand initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns
Key Requirements
– Previous recruitment experience, ideally within an agency or in-house setting
– Knowledge of best practice recruitment methods and techniques
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organisational and time management abilities
– A proactive and results-driven approach to work
