  • Previous experience as a construction foreman or similar role in residential wood framing, concrete form work, finishing, or general carpentry
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials
  • Computer literacy for field/office communication – Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Project, Procore, Jonas, or Blue Beam are considered an asset
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints
  • Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address construction challenges and find effective solutions
  • Physically capable of heavy lifting as per WorkSafe BC regulations, climbing multiple flights of stairs and/or ladders, kneeling, crouching, and bending throughout the day
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
